How do I rent a unit?

When can I get to my unit?

Any time — access is 24/7. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.

What's the difference between DVS West and DVS East?

DVS West (2933 US-6, Gypsum) has storage containers, a storage shed and parking spots from 8’×15′ to 12’×32′. DVS East (3 Cotton Lane, Dotsero exit, I-70 #133) has enclosed drive-up units from 5×10 to 10×30, plus 12’×25′ parking. Same team, same phone number.

Can I park a vehicle, trailer or boat?

Yes, in a 12’×25′ parking spot. For longer vehicles, see DVS West, 7 miles east on US-6.

What size do I need?

5×10 for boxes, bikes and seasonal gear · 10×10 for a one-bedroom apartment · 10×20 for a three-bedroom home · 10×30 for a four-bedroom home or contractor tools.

Your unit and access stay the same. Dotsero Self Storage is now DVS East, part of Down Valley Storage.
